i think it's a fine base for a long term. at a moderate distance from ribnjak park, walkable. it is also located walking distance to a bus station.

Our experience at this cozy apartment was lovely. Location was comfy, room nicely cleaned with a pull out couch and bathroom and sofa beds and fabulous staff. Liked good lighting. Food for breakfast was good. The owner met us and explained everything.

the host was amazing at any hour. i appreciated that there was johann franck restaurant within 10 minutes walk, serving coffee and treats. a short stroll to zagreb cathedral. pleso airport was close to the place i stayed, 12 miles.
